Lucas Rabbani
Lucas brings an uncommon combination of experience to the capital advisory space — one built across finance, real estate, lending, capital structuring, and high-level investor relationships. His background spans mortgage lending and MLO work, real estate sales, investor financing, working capital structuring, and high-ticket business development. That operational breadth means he understands not just the loan products — but how money actually moves at every stage of an investment deal. Lucas has also spent significant time around hedge fund operations and macro-market environments, developing a working understanding of interest rates, liquidity cycles, leverage, and capital markets. That perspective is rare in the brokerage space. Most brokers know products. Lucas understands the broader financial environment investors are actually operating in — and structures capital accordingly. His strength on the advisory side isn't just deal flow. It's positioning, deal structure, and understanding what actually gets a file approved versus declined. He's worked directly with entrepreneurs, investors, and borrowers across fix & flip, DSCR, ground-up construction, bridge financing, and working capital — in fast-paced environments where speed, communication, and creative structuring matter more than rate shopping.

Mike Walker brings over eight years of experience in real estate finance and investor lending to the Rabbani Capital team. His career spans residential lending, investment property financing, and direct client advisory — working with investors ranging from active fix
& flip operators to portfolio builders scaling through DSCR financing. Mike's approach is direct and execution-focused. He specializes in deal qualification, funding strategy, and managing the investor relationship from first conversation through closing. His ability to quickly assess deal structure and identify the right lending path has made him a key part of how Rabbani Capital delivers speed and clarity to its clients. Investors who work with Mike consistently describe the experience as straightforward, professional, and results-driven.
Andrew Jones
Andrew Jones brings a background in commercial finance and capital markets to the Rabbani Capital team. Before joining Rabbani Capital, Andrew worked across institutional lending and business development roles, where he developed deep experience in deal sourcing, lender relationships, and structuring financing across multiple asset classes. Andrew focuses on expanding Rabbani Capital's lending partner network, identifying new capital solutions for investors, and supporting complex deal structures that require deeper market knowledge and institutional relationships. His understanding of how capital moves at the institutional level adds a layer of market intelligence that directly benefits investors navigating today's lending environment. Andrew is based in the greater Atlanta area and works with investors and lending partners across the Southeast and nationwide.
